Relationship Manager - Asset ManagementA growing investment management platform is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its team in the UAE, focusing on client coverage and business development across the GCC.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial platform, playing a key role in expanding relationships across institutional and private wealth channels.The OpportunityYou will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving asset growth, and positioning a diverse range of investment solutions across public and private markets.The role offers strong exposure to regional clients, including family offices, UHNW individuals, and institutional investors, within a collaborative and high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, family offices, and private wealth investors
  • Drive fundraising and asset raising initiatives across the GCC region
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's regional client base
  • Present and position a range of investment strategies and products to clients
  • Work closely with internal investment and product teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, roadshows, and events
  • Support the preparation of client materials, proposals, and reporting
Candidate Profile
  • 5-10 years' experience in asset management, private banking, or investment advisory
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and asset raising
  • Strong network across GCC institutional and/or private wealth channels
  • Fluent Arabic and English (essential)
  • Strong understanding of investment products across public and private markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in the UAE
