Graduate Civil Engineer - Transportation - UAE National - AECOM - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Support the transportation engineering team in delivering road and highway design tasks
• Assist in preparing calculations, sketches, diagrams and engineering drawings under supervision
• Collect and analyze technical data to support project design requirements
• Use engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D to contribute to design solutions
• Perform assigned tasks in line with agreed budgets and project schedules
• Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on project exposure
• Contribute to traffic and transportation studies under guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in structured graduate training sessions and mentoring programs

• UAE National with valid Family Book in line with Emiratisation requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Graduated within the last 24 months from program start date
• Strong interest in transportation engineering including roads and highways
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or related tools preferred
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn within a multidisciplinary team
