ServiceNow Program Manager – Arabic Speaker

• Manage a portfolio of complex, large-scale initiatives across one or multiple lines of business.
• Own the full project/program lifecycle-from initiation to closure-ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and manage all aspects of assigned projects/programs including planning, communication, resources, budgeting, change management, risk, and issue tracking.
• Ensure programs align with and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Identify and secure appropriate resources to meet project goals within planned timeframes.
• Deliver regular status updates on deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership levels.
• Provide leadership by building and motivating project teams to meet responsibilities and milestones.
• Set and manage project expectations while delegating and tracking team deliverables.
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to project teams, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with program stakeholders and sponsors.
• Promote creative and analytical thinking in problem-solving, fostering teamwork and innovation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance project/program management practices, templates, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor and support project managers; provide coaching and leadership to the broader program team.

• 5+ years of hands-on program management experience within a technology-driven organization, preferably in SaaS or cloud environments.
• PgMP, PMP, and Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong experience in delivering strategic, cross-functional programs in global environments.
