Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management with 1-3 years of experience in kitchen operations, preferably in pastry or hot kitchen sections of hotels or restaurants
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques in pastry or hot kitchen sections
Understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and high-pressure kitchen environments
Team player with good discipline and learning attitude
