- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of business advisory, corporate, or professional services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Lead sales meetings, client negotiations, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Track performance using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within consulting, corporate services, orB2B & B2C professional services.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs and translate them into service offerings.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs & targets.
- Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
