We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and providing technical expertise on HVAC products and solutions. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with regional clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the HVAC sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.Provide technical consultation and support to clients, contractors, and consultants.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.Requirements:Minimum 5-7 years' sales experience in the HVAC industry.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.Strong network within the GCC market is highly desirable.Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Andrew Royston
