
Business Development Manager - Construction Equipment

- Identify, engage, and convert new clients within construction, ready mix, quarry and mining, logistics, transport, and infrastructure sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions aligned with client needs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery, handover, and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years in B2B sales, preferably in construction or heavy equipment
- Strong technical understanding of CE machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.)
- Proven ability to generate and close leads
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Market knowledge in the UAE and GCC
- CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office tools
- UAE driving license preferred
