Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Mechanical Engineer (UAE National) to join our Rail PMC team on a large infrastructure team here in Dubai. In this role you will get to assist our Mechanical team in various design activities on the project.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting MEP team with design works.
  • Preparing equipment schedule with support from MEP team.
  • Coordination with other Engineers and CAD team.
  • Supporting Engineers for all design related task as assigned.
  • Prepares or assists in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
  • Assists in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts.
  • Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assists in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.
  • Assists in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh UAE National graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Requires basic engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
  • Fluent in English with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and report writing.
  • A team played with proven ability to work under pressure/ multi tasks and meet the deadlines.
  • Must be UAE National.
