Consultant Intensive Care Medicine Specialist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai UAE

• Manage critically ill adult patients in the ICU including cases of multi-organ failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, and complex postoperative care
• Perform advanced life-support interventions such as mechanical ventilation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, central line placement, and other critical procedures
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU teams including anesthesiologists, pulmonologists, surgeons, and critical care nurses
• Supervise and mentor junior intensivists, residents, and fellows to ensure high standards of clinical practice
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and ICU pathways
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical medical standards, and international patient safety guidelines
• Participate in clinical research, audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to medical education programs

• UK CCT in Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent recognized qualification
• Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine such as FCCM, EDIC, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of post-CCT experience in adult intensive care at consultant level
• Proven expertise in advanced ICU procedures and critical care management
