- Knowledge of Reward principles, incentive scheme design
- Experience in benchmarking (Hay and Towers, McLagan)
- Experience in data modelling, data processing.
- Exposure to KPIs/incentives models.
- Experience in Advanced excel skills, VBA/macros/Power BI.
- Support implementation of all aspects of Performance Management at each stage i.e. Planning, Midyear Review
- Support implementation of the annual compensation programs and process in a timely and accurate manner including Fixed Pay and Variable Pay.
- Interpret market data, participate in pay and benefits formal & informal surveys.
