
Microsoft 365 Specialist (m/f/d)

Technical Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external clients to troubleshoot and optimize M365 solutions
- Ensure platform performance, availability, and security in alignment with organizational standards
- Deliver support and guidance to end-users on Microsoft 365 usage and best practices
- Participate in internal and client technical discussions to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Act as the primary on-site escalation point for Microsoft 365-related incidents
- Triage and prioritize incidents reported by the customer; ensure accurate logging by offshore support teams
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between offshore support and on-site stakeholders
- Verify and validate issue resolutions before updating the customer
- Ensure all change requests are documented, approved, and controlled before implementation
- Coordinate with offshore teams to fulfill standard service requests promptly
- Validate alerts escalated by offshore teams and perform initial on-site diagnostics
- Provide regular status updates to business users and IT leadership on ongoing technical issues
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting and managing Microsoft 365 solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a mixed onsite/offshore support environment
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability
Contract Details:
- Duration: Minimum 12 months
