Provide comprehensive management of benign and malignant breast diseases, including clinical assessment, diagnostics, and surgical planning.
Perform advanced oncoplastic breast surgery such as therapeutic mammoplasty, volume displacement and replacement techniques, implant-based reconstruction, and autologous reconstruction.
Lead and actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with oncology, radiology, pathology, and plastic surgery colleagues.
Deliver consultant-level care across outpatient clinics, perioperative management, and long-term patient follow-up.
Support clinical governance activities including audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, pathway optimisation, and adherence to international breast care standards.
Ensure patient-centred, empathetic, and culturally sensitive communication aligned with UAE healthcare expectations.
Teach and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Contribute to clinical research, innovation, and ongoing development and expansion of breast services.Ideal Profile
Board-certified Consultant Breast, Oncoplastic, or General Surgeon with fellowship training in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery.
Minimum 7-10 years post-board certification experience in breast oncology and reconstructive surgery.
Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure in Dubai.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced oncoplastic techniques, including immediate reconstruction and symmetrisation procedures.
Background in accredited breast units with strong multidisciplinary team involvement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse patient population.Compensation and Benefits
