• Strong understanding of local and international educational policies, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience in recruitment, selection, and professional development of staff.

• Master's or PhD in Education or a related field.
