- Ensuring financial sustainability and growth
- Leading and developing a high-performing, multicultural team
- Strengthening the organisation's regional footprint, including expansion into Saudi Arabia
- Acting as a senior ambassador and spokesperson with corporates, partners, media, and stakeholders
- Provide clear leadership, vision, and governance across all operations
- Drive fundraising and resource mobilisation, including corporate and institutional partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards, partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and long-term sustainability
- Represent the organisation publicly through speaking engagements, events, and media
- Ensure delivery against strategic KPIs and measurable impact across programmes
- 10+ years' senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or equivalent
- A proven track record of running and scaling organisations with meaningful budgets
- Strong experience working with and reporting to Boards or governing bodies
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, sponsorships, or strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A genuine interest in corporate governance, ethics, ESG, transparency, or related themes
- Regional GCC experience strongly preferred
- Arabic language capability is mandatory
