- Responsible for managing the sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout UAE.
- Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
- Ensure that all customer specifications and other relevant details have been addressed in the orders/contracts and comply with respective ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 requirements.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments/recovery of defaulted payments from customers and handle customer complaints.
- Settle any disputes in the orders and ensure that customer is satisfied with the job.
- Reports to Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and task.
- Prepare proposal letters for contractors and clients.
- Prepare an estimate and send Proposals/Quotations to clients.
- Process orders and ensures delivery in time.
- Managing overseas orders and shipments and ensures delivery in time
- Assist the sales manager in planning, developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.
