ACES Program Manager - Amazon Last Mile Operations - Dubai, UAE

• Lead operational improvement initiatives across ultra-fast grocery and last mile delivery operations
• Drive process standardization across UFG last mile stores to improve efficiency and service reliability
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful implementation across delivery operations
• Act as a liaison between operations, technology teams, and other internal departments
• Support operational launches and new service rollouts within the delivery network
• Provide subject matter expertise in routing strategies and outbound delivery planning
• Analyze operational data, delivery metrics, concessions, and customer contacts to identify improvement opportunities
• Benchmark operational practices and implement best practices across fulfillment and delivery teams
• Establish sustainable mechanisms to audit operational processes and ensure compliance with standards
• Apply PDCA methodology to drive small-scale operational improvements and workflow optimization
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to drive large-scale operational improvements and cost reductions
• Manage the rollout of new operational processes aimed at improving customer experience
• Deliver Continuous Improvement and Kaizen training programs to operations managers
• Lead new initiatives and partnerships supporting the development of last mile delivery operations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• At least three years of program or project management experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and operational metrics to drive improvements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools for operational insights and reporting
• Experience defining program requirements and implementing process improvements using measurable metrics
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate results to senior leadership
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and operational planning
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced operational environments
