We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Research & Design team in transforming complex research findings into clear, visually compelling reports, presentations, and infographics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and can turn data and insights into impactful design that supports informed decision-making.Principal Accountabilities:Research Report & Presentation Design· Design and format research reports and presentations with clear structure and strong layout· Ensure readability, consistency, and professional quality across all outputs.Infographics & Visual Storytelling· Translate research findings into clear infographics and visual summaries· Create chars, icons, and layouts that simplify complex informationCollaboration & Delivery· Work closely with research team to understand content and design accurately· Manage multiple deliverables and apply feedback efficiently to meet deadlines· Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct ManagerFile Management & ConsistencyMaintain well-organized design files, templates, and version controlPrepare final outputs in the correct formats for digital and print-ready delivery.Qualifications & Required Skills:Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Work Experience: 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, ideally supporting research reports, presentations, and infographic workKnowledge: Strong understanding of layout designs, typography, and visual hierarchy, withthe ability to translate research content into clear visual outputsSkills:Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)PowerPoint (presentation formatting and reporting structuring)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revisions and deadlinesAt Yosh Hospitality, our recruitment department stands as a beacon of excellence in sourcing top-tier talent for the luxury hospitality sector and beyond.
