OverviewA leading US law firm is seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join its Abu Dhabi office. The team advises private equity sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors on complex fund structuring, capital solutions and cross-border investment strategies across the Middle East and internationally.This opportunity is ideally suited to a mid-level associate with strong London market experience who is looking to work on sophisticated sponsor-side mandates within a global platform.What You’ll Do
  • Advise sponsors and investment managers on the structuring and formation of investment funds.
  • Support private equity and capital solutions transactions across international markets.
  • Draft and negotiate fund documentation, investment agreements and related corporate materials.
  • Work closely with private equity, finance and capital markets teams on multi-disciplinary mandates.
  • Assist sponsors and investors on cross-border structuring and strategic investment matters.
  • Engage directly with clients on complex international transactions.
About You
  • 4–5 years’ PQE with strong investment funds experience.
  • Background gained at a Magic Circle or elite US firm in London.
  • Experience advising on private equity funds, capital solutions or sponsor-side transactions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fund structuring and investment documentation.
  • Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to operate confidently within a cross-border transactional environment.
