expenditures to ensure efficient use.
  • Review the department's periodic performance reports and provide the necessary
recommendations and guidance to improve results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the department's operations and employees,
and suggest improvements to support the Ministry's strategic goals.
  • Provide ongoing professional support through effective performance evaluation and
constructive feedback.
  • Identify the department's human resource needs and ensure the availability of the
competencies required to achieve goals and plans.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design thinking, and work to improve
operations and services within the department.
