- Assisting with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups when required.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive documents and information.
- Supporting executives with administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination activities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, including strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Strong skills in calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication.
- Experience providing support to senior executives or C-level management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment.
