- Act as the primary contact for public enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to construction activities
- Manage community relations with residents, businesses, and nearby occupants
- Conduct site walkabouts, briefings, and door-to-door engagement when necessary
- Prepare and distribute public notices regarding road diversions, crane operations, night works, and other construction updates
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and municipal bodies on public-facing matters
- Record, track, and follow up on complaints in accordance with company procedures and authority guidelines
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and safety teams to resolve operational concerns
- Maintain structured documentation of stakeholder communications and resolutions
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related discipline
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or large development projects is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive public matters professionally
- Organised and detail-oriented with good reporting skills
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment
