  • Achieve financial targets including sales, net profit, margins, inventory, and ROI for ACE stores
  • Lead the development and execution of short, medium, and long-term business strategies
  • Build omnichannel capability through e-commerce expansion and joint in-store trading plans
  • Ensure optimal product availability, vendor management, and compliance with procurement guidelines
  • Lead and inspire a large, multi-disciplinary team through goal setting, feedback, and talent development
  • Optimize cost structures and drive operational excellence across warehouse, distribution, and store systems
  • Collaborate with principals and brand partners to maintain exclusivity and introduce innovative ranges
  • Leverage SAP and MIS to drive efficiencies in inventory, sales reporting, and customer service delivery
  • Embed customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights into all business decisions
  • Monitor P&L and implement corrective actions to meet plan variances and protect profitability
**Ideal Profile**
  • Bachelor\'s degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • Extensive experience in large-format retail or home improvement chains (ACE, B&Q, Home Centre, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-store operations, lead transformation, and execute commercial plans
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and financial acumen
  • Experience with SAP and enterprise reporting systems
  • Background in building strategic supplier relationships and managing B2B as well as B2C models
  • Demonstrated success in team development, succession planning, and stakeholder alignment
