- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for large groups across operations
- Deliver structured training programs and ensure adherence to standard procedures
- Track employee performance including learning curves and quality metrics
- Implement performance improvement initiatives based on training data
- Maintain and update training documentation and compliance records
- Develop training materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing software
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to implement process changes
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals
- Create dashboards to report training progress and key performance indicators
- Support cross-site training requirements and travel as needed
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in training delivery, teaching, or presentation preferred
- Familiarity with operations or logistics environments is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and travel across locations when required
