Job Description :Key Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholdersThinking creatively for to hand over the project within the project specs and budget.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Strong understanding of Fire protection systemExperience of installation of Fire protection systems ( sprinkler , wet riser ,Fire pump , Clean agent system ,Foam system ,wet chemical .etc. ) ,liaising with Authorities, Clients, Consultants for obtaining the approval and NOCs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.Attend meetings with the client project team and prepare progress reports.Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.RequirementsKnowledgeable of:UAE Market, clients, consultants, and contractorsUAE Fire Code and NFPA regulationsQualification:Bachelor’s in engineering specialized in MechanicalMinimum 5 - 8 years relevant experience in UAEPreferable:Having UAE Driving licenseBenefitsMedical InsuranceAir TicketPaid Leave Salary
