- Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation.
- Assisting interior designers, architects in space planning and design details.
- Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
- Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real - life objects using special rendering software.
- Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
- Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields.
- Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
- Work closely with the architectural and 3D design teams in the preparation of 3D visualisation.
- Understand the concepts and initial design intent and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the architect's concept into a graphic form or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
- Prepare advanced presentations in various graphic mediums.
- Be able to administer creative control and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
- Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
- Efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
- 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
- Bachelor's Degree in 3D Design / Graphic Design
- Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution.
- D5, Animation skills
- Revit experience is a must.
- 3D Max
- V Ray
- Photoshop
- Auto Cad Basic
- 2-3 years' experience
- Any other graphic or rendering software
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and different activities, whilst prioritising their own work and achieving fixed deadlines.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy confidence and pride in their work.
- Be reliable, able to follow through and complete tasks, prepared to go the extra mile.
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the practice and its work.
