Senior Solutions Architect (Infrastructure & Cloud) - Dubai, Full TimeWe are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our client, who are a leading IT solutions organization in Dubai. This role is perfect for somebody with strong experience across both on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms, and who brings deep technical knowledge of Nutanix, Docker, Kubernetes, and core ICT components like servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.You’ll be driving the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions that are secure, scalable, and performance-optimized.Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering full-stack infrastructure solutions across physical and cloud environments.
  • Deploying and optimizing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
  • Leading initiatives in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Building secure hybrid architectures across on-prem and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Creating resilient network and security frameworks with high availability and disaster recovery in mind.
  • Improving system performance, capacity planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Guiding and mentoring engineering teams while championing automation and continuous improvement.
  • Keeping ahead of the curve with emerging infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years in ICT infrastructure, including hands-on experience with servers, networking hardware, and firewalls.
  • Strong knowledge of Nutanix HCI, as well as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid grounding in networking and enterprise security, preferably with Cisco or Juniper experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with data centre technologies, storage, and backup/disaster recovery strategies.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into business impact.
  • Certifications in Nutanix, AWS, Azure, or Cisco are a bonus.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and DevOps principles
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring and system observability tools
