• Adapt recruitment strategies for a variety of hiring needs, including direct hires, long-term positions, and short-term projects.

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
• should have helath care industry expereince in recruitment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.

• A keen eye for talent and a proven ability to assess candidate fit.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience recruiting for healthcare or technology sectors is a significant plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
