Support the execution of impact assessments for prospective and existing investments, applying best‑in‑class impact and climate finance methodologiesSynthesize impact, commercial, and contextual insights into clear recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership discussionsContribute to impact reporting and related internal and external reporting workstreamsMonitor global developments in climate, energy transition, and climate finance, particularly in emerging marketsSupport the development of research, knowledge products, and thought leadership aligned with strategic prioritiesPrepare high‑quality presentations and briefing materials to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholdersProvide ad‑hoc analytical and research support to senior team members in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentMust be willing and able to relocate to Abu Dhabi full-timeProfile
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is advantageous2-6 years of experience in impact assessment, climate or sustainability advisory, investment analytics, development finance, or related fieldsHands‑on experience with impact measurement, ESG or climate due diligence, or climate / energy analyticsStrong understanding of climate, energy transition, infrastructure, or climate finance topics; emerging markets experience preferredStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, decision‑ready insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Offer
