Minimum of 5 years of neonatal intensive care experience
Eligible in NAFIS program and Abu Dhabi Pension FundKey Responsibilities:Provide specialized care to newborns, especially those in NICU
Lead neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions
Develop treatment plans for neonatal patients
Collaborate with pediatric and obstetric teams
Supervise and mentor NICU staff and trainees
Maintain accurate medical records and reportsSkills & Competencies:Expertise in neonatal intensive care
Strong decision-making and leadership skills
Compassionate patient care and communication
