***MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLEWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive who is a UAE National to join our team. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within our retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing the products they desire while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with information on products/services
- Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store objectives
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management
- Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
- UAE National (mandatory requirement)
- Proven work experience in retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
