
HSE Assistant Officer

- Implementation and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site regulations.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and recommending preventive measures.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site workers and staff.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry.
- Diploma /College Degree is advantage.
- IOSH (Mandatory)
- NEBOSH Certificate (Advantage).
- Additional HSE training certifications (if any).
- IMS certificate and auditing experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
- Ability to assist safety inspections and enforce compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
