- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in procurement roles
- Strong experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or joinery projects
- Good knowledge of materials used in fit-out (wood, marble, glass, hardware, etc.)
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Strong understanding of market pricing, lead times, and logistics
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Previous experience within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred
