- Prepare initial cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis of proposed projects.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Evaluate and negotiate tenders and bids from contractors and suppliers.
- Manage contractual relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms. Prepare and administer contracts including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Track project progress against budget and report on financial status. Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
