OverviewA leading international law firm is seeking a junior Investment Funds Associate to join its Dubai practice. The team advises asset managers, sponsors and institutional investors on a range of fund structuring, regulatory and transactional matters across the Middle East.This opportunity is suited to a 1–3 PQE associate looking to gain strong partner exposure within a growing practice that is actively building its regional funds platform.What You’ll Do
  • Advise on the structuring and formation of investment funds and related vehicles.
  • Draft and review fund documentation and investment agreements.
  • Support sponsors and investment managers on regulatory and transactional matters.
  • Work closely with corporate and finance teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
  • Assist clients with cross-border investment structures and Middle East regulatory considerations.
About You
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor (preferred).
  • 1–3 years’ PQE with investment funds or related transactional experience.
  • Experience gained at a recognised City or international law firm.
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.
Salary & Bonus
  • Competitive Middle East market compensation package (London NQ reference salary approximately £135,000).
  • Performance-related bonus structure.
  • Target hours typically around 1,700 for bonus eligibility.
