Client will assist with work visa and relocate the successful candidate if not localPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Assistant Nanny plays a crucial role in supporting the primary nanny or caregiver in providing attentive and nurturing care to children. Their purpose encompasses aiding in daily routines, engaging in educational and recreational activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for the childrenu0027s growth and development. Additionally, the Assistant Nanny may assist with light household tasks related to the childrenu0027s care, contributing to the smooth functioning of the household.QUALIFICATIONS/ LICENSES
- Advanced Childcare Certificate or similar qualification
- First Aid certification
- Fluent English
- 2+ yearsu0027 experience working in childcare.
- Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded
- Experience with children aged 7-18 years old
- Outstanding ability to work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate seamlessly.
- Demonstrates exceptional social acumen and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- Exhibits keen attention to detail and possesses a creative approach to tasks.
- Possesses extensive understanding of sanitation standards, cleanliness, and hygiene practices.
- Adheres strictly to food safety policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
- Maintains vigilance to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards proactively.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments and remains composed while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel is a requisite for this position.
