- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or business analysis is preferred
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in financial analysis, product management, or supply chain is beneficial
