Coordinating with the retained lawyers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).Directly reporting to the Group Compliance Manager to stay upto date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the group.Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
