- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep the outlet area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Educate guests about coffee products, brewing methods, and menu items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new team members as needed
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that reflects local coffee culture and international standards
- Previous Head Barista experience.
- Knowledge of coffee extraction, milk steaming and latte art.
- Knowledge of coffee machines, tools and equipment.
- Previous experience with orderings, inventory and storage management.
