- Provide senior technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams (engineers, planners, designers, safety, site staff).
- Support team development, capability building, and mentoring.
- Progressively assume broader leadership responsibility across the portfolio.
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong wastewater network and pumping station experience
- Proven delivery of complex infrastructure projects in regulated utility or infrastructure environments
- Strong technical, project management, and problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in high-pressure environments
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of supporting long-term organizational capability growth
