- Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts in the UAE and wider GCC (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
- Design end to end network and security solutions across SD-WAN, SASE, and underlying connectivity (IP, MPLS, EVPN)
- Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, and Network Leaders to understand business and technical requirements
- Translate complex technical architectures into clear, commercially viable solutions
- Develop high quality solution designs, proposals, and client presentations (including Visio diagrams)
- Support RFP/RFI responses and lead technical discussions through the sales cycle
- Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Provide market insight on enterprise connectivity trends
- Contribute to customer retention through strong solution ownership and advisory capability
- 10-15 years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering within telecoms, network providers, or system integrators, with proven experience operating in the UAE market
- Existing relationships with enterprise clients or IT/network decision makers in the UAE is highly advantageous
- Strong experience designing enterprise network solutions, particularly across SD-WAN and SSE frameworks
- Exposure to vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Versa, Palo Alto, Zscaler, or Netskope
- Good understanding of underlying network infrastructure (IP, MPLS, EVPN) and security layers
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of supporting revenue generation and closing complex deals
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and business focused manner
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
