JPC - 4748Job Description:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Media Specialist to join our communications and digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, digital media production, motion graphics, and UI/UX, with the ability to lead visual storytelling initiatives across both print and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visually compelling content including graphics, presentations, motion videos, and digital assets for marketing, internal communications, and public campaigns.Lead branding efforts across print and digital platforms ensuring visual consistency.Create user-centric UI/UX designs for websites, platforms, and mobile applications.Develop creative concepts for high-impact events, public initiatives, and corporate identity materials.Produce animated and video content using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and similar tools.Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate revisions with speed and quality.Coordinate with printers, video editors, and developers to deliver final outputs.Stay up to date with design trends, AI design tools, and new technologies to continuously improve content delivery.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.10+ years of proven experience in graphic design, creative media, or digital content creation.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, Cinema 4D, and other multimedia tools.Strong knowledge of motion design, UI/UX, branding, and digital storytelling.Excellent time management and ability to lead creative projects independently.Experience working in or with government or semi-government entities is preferred.Bilingual in Arabic and English is a plus.
