- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the meal
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and confidently recommend food and beverage pairings
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries, dietary requests, and complaints with discretion and care
- Manage table settings and maintain cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere in the dining area
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments efficiently
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Jumeirah's luxury standards
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter/waitress role, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
