- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and controlling construction projects across multiple phases
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans using industry tools
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to achieve key project milestones
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Review and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Track key performance indicators and provide detailed progress updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, safety standards and quality requirements
- Assist in stakeholder communications and client coordination to maintain strong project relationships
- Contribute to project closeout documentation and final reporting processes
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project or construction management within the UAE or Middle East
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements and authority approvals
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts and specifications
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
