  • Lead a team of over 10+ Paid Search specialists and managers based in Dubai, UK, US and China and other locations as needed.
  • Own the client relationship end-to-end to cultivate a strong partnership to achieve business results as a team.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategy meetings to report and plan globally.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership across paid search to ensure the account is leveraging the most advanced tech capabilities and testing new opportunities that make sense given business objectives.
  • Develop and deploy relevant testing strategies and provide inspiration to the team to inject greater automation and use of AI.
  • Ensure best practices and processes are adhered to as per agency and client defined standards.
  • Own key platform partnerships to drive results for the client and ensure we are at the peak of Paid Search advancements at all times.
  • Train team members where needed to keep a high standard of technical and operational excellence and provide ongoing hands-on technical guidance to the team as needed.
  • Manage projects and deadlines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Drive personal development for your direct reports and set career paths and plans for all.
  • Ensure all client KPIs and annual targets are met.
Qualifications
  • At-least 5+ years of Paid Search agency experience managing global accounts.
  • Ecommerce experience is a must, travel experience is a bonus.
  • Managed a large team of 10+ people.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is a must, Yandex, Naver, Baidu and other local platforms are an advantage.
  • Must be an expert in Search Ads 360.
  • Have a solid understanding of Paid Search measurement within GA4.
  • Good storytelling and data visualization skills.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, everchanging environment.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and takes pride in providing a high level of service to clients
