Job TitleForklift DriverBusinessELMJob PurposeOperates forklifts in the lubricating oil and grease plant to facilitate the material handling in a timely manner.Principal AccountabilitiesCarries out any activity assigned by the supervisor / charge hand in the area where he is designated to work.
Operates the forklift in the area designated to either unload, load, packaging material movement or drum handling during production of lubricating oils and greases.
Ensure proper charging / refueling of the forklift.
Facilitate the maintenance of the forklifts.
Takes full safety precautions while carrying out the activity.
Shall be required to work in shifts.
Other Responsibilities as per Company's Rules and Delegation of Authority Manual.Additional Principal AccountabilitiesExperienceHave Basic education to read and write the numbers and simple English
License to drive and operate a forklift
3 - 4 years experience in operation of forklifts in any related process/packaging industry in a reasonably complex multinational environment.
