- Prepare and maintain cleanliness of the Health Club, pool, beach, and surrounding areas in line with Fairmont standards
- Set up pool and beach furniture, umbrellas, towels, and amenities before guest arrival
- Greet guests warmly, offer towels, and guide them to available seating with attentiveness and courtesy
- Replenish towels and supplies in changing rooms and the fitness area; manage towel inventory
- Turn steam room and sauna on/off during opening and closing procedures
- Handle basic maintenance and report any malfunctions, hazards, or lost and found items promptly
- Support recreational events and guest experience enhancements with refreshments, cold towels, and timely service
- Follow health and safety policies, hygiene practices, and equipment care protocols
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards consistently
- Assist with linen retrieval and ensure effective waste management procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and attend pre-shift briefings
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fitness/wellness center preferred
- High School diploma or vocational training required
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written); additional languages beneficial
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- High personal hygiene and professional appearance standards
- Physically fit, able to lift and set up pool/beach furniture, and work outdoors in warm conditions
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
