Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support to employees.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industry.
- HR experience in the events/exhibitions or fabrication industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
- Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
