- Collaborate with hospital leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and quality initiatives
- Promote research, continuous education, and professional development within the department
- Engage in community outreach and patient education programs
- Represent the department in committees and external professional forums
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics
- American Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience managing pediatric services in tertiary or academic healthcare settings
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Familiarity with GCC healthcare systems is advantageous
