Highway BIM Engineer Civil 3D Infrastructure Dubai UAE is responsible for creating and managing BIM models, supporting highway design development, and ensuring coordination across multidisciplinary teams using advanced digital tools and workflows.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D highway models including corridors, alignments, grading, and surfaces
- Support design development from concept stage to detailed design and IFC deliverables
- Produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for highways and related infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and company BIM standards
- Coordinate models with utilities, drainage, structures, and landscape disciplines
- Perform clash detection and participate in coordination reviews
- Maintain model data integrity and version control within the Common Data Environment
- Support implementation of BIM workflows aligned with international standards
- Conduct model audits and quality checks before submissions
- Maintain BIM templates, libraries, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and technicians across project stages
- Support design submissions and documentation processes
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4 to 7 years of experience in BIM modeling for highway or infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in transportation and road design projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and digital engineering processes
- Understanding of highway geometry and corridor modeling
- Familiarity with UAE authority standards and requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
