This role is responsible for building and enhancing enterprise-grade applications using the Appian platform. It plays a key role in digital transformation initiatives by automating workflows, integrating systems, and improving operational efficiency across banking functions while ensuring scalability and performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Appian applications, workflows, and integrations across business functions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Appian platform
  • Build process models, records, reports, interfaces, and expression rules
  • Lead technical development and mentor junior developers within the team
  • Review code and enforce best practices, governance standards, and development guidelines
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and project managers to define technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications and platform
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Appian applications
Ideal Profile
  • Strong experience in Appian development within enterprise or banking environments
  • Certification as Appian Senior Developer or Lead Developer
  • Deep understanding of Appian components including SAIL, CDTs, and process models
  • Experience in integrating systems using REST, SOAP, and database connections
  • Knowledge of web technologies and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle practices
  • Ability to lead development efforts and guide technical teams
